Step process<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

  1. The client needs to finalize the price, trade contracts, product life cycle, transportation methods, and other information.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Sign the import agency contract with HALFWAREHOUSE.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. Confirm HS code and regulatory conditions including commodity inspection, mechanical and electrical certification, heavy machinery certification and other necessary certificate.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  4. Make payment to HALFWAREHOUSE (payment received by HALFWAREHOUSE according to the contract).<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  5. The client provides the specification and receipt to HALFWAREHOUSE who will prepare the documents, provide the information of contact, and distributor price to the new clients.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  6. The operator will prepare import documents according to the orders.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  7. HALFWAREHOUSE will provide suggestions for logistical channels and arrange the logistic company to transport the goods as needed. (The wooden packaging needs the certificate of fumigation and IPPC mark).<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  8. The operator will arrange the customs clearance according to the documents provided by the foreign supplier. Normally, it takes 3 to 4 working days to process.<\/li>\n\n\n\n

    4. HALFWAREHOUSE receives the payment from the foreign firm (the remittance will be arrived in 3 to 7 working days).<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    5. The client gives the customer specifications for the goods and factory information to HALFWAREHOUSE.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    6. HALFWAREHOUSE will prepare the required exportation documents, book shipping space, inspect commodity (bill exchanging, the legal inspection goods) export declaration, and check export (random check non-statutory).<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    7. HALFWAREHOUSE audits the bill of lading, then makes and audits negotiable documents.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    8. Client checks the whole set of documents and provides payment.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    9. HALFWAREHOUSE receives the final payment from abroad (we will receive the money in 3 to 7 working days).<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    10. HALFWAREHOUSE will issue a VAT invoice after pre-recording the Customs declaration information.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    11. The client will make a VAT invoice for HALFWAREHOUSE.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    12. HALFWAREHOUSE will audit the VAT invoice verification and refund the tax.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n
